AW119 helicopter to be assembled in India

Mumbai: AgustaWestland, a Anglo-Italian helicopter company managed by Italy's Finmeccanica and India's Tata Sons have formed a joint venture for assembling the AW119 helicopter in India for global markets.

Both companies are also planning further commercial, technical and industrial collaboration options in the rotorcraft industry.
