VST Tillers Tractors Ltd. enters into MOU with Zetor Tractors.

V.S.T Tillers Tractors Limited (the Company) has today, i.e. January 24, 2020, entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Zetor Tractors a.s., Czech Republic for exploring the joint product development of tractors with horse power of greater than 36 HP (products).

On successful joint development of the products, both the parties may enter into a Joint venture agreement for Marketing and Distribution of the same.
