UltraTech Cement Boosts Capacity by 1.2 MTPA Through Debottlenecking.

UltraTech Cement, a part of the Aditya Birla Group, has expanded its domestic production capacity to 178.86 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) by adding 1.2 MTPA through debottlenecking at two of its plants.

With an additional overseas capacity of 5.4 MTPA, the company’s total manufacturing capacity now stands at 184.26 MTPA.

As part of this expansion, the Hirmi Cement Works increased its output by 0.8 MTPA, while the Roorkee Cement Works added 0.4 MTPA, enhancing UltraTech’s overall production capabilities.
