Scania India Opens Advanced Training Facility in Chandrapur with PPS Motors Collaboration.

Scania India, in partnership with its dealer PPS Motors, has officially inaugurated an advanced Training Centre in Chandrapur, reinforcing its commitment to skill development and operational excellence in India. The state-of-the-art facility is designed to provide specialized training for service engineers, technicians, and drivers, with cutting-edge simulators and hands-on modules aimed at enhancing technical expertise.

The centre features advanced driver training simulators that offer an immersive experience, allowing trainees to master vehicle control systems, improve fuel efficiency, and adopt safer driving practices. The facility also integrates innovative mining technologies and is supported by two Technical Trainers and one Driver Trainer.

Munhoz Silvio, Managing Director of Scania India, emphasized the importance of the new centre in bridging the gap between advanced technology and operational expertise. "This initiative will empower Indian industry by equipping engineers, technicians, and drivers with the skills needed to enhance safety, increase productivity, and achieve sustainable growth," he said.
