RVNL Emerges as Lowest Bidder for ₹133 Crore Project.

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has announced that it emerged as the Lowest Bidder (L1) for a contract worth ₹133 crore from Central Railway. The contract pertains to "OHE modification work for Upgradation of existing 1 x 25 kV Electric Traction System to 2 x 25 kV AT Feeding System in Wardha-Ballarshah Section in Nagpur division of Central Railway to meet 3000 MT loading target."

In an exchange filing, RVNL stated, "it is hereby informed that Rail Vikas Nigam Limited emerges as the Lowest Bidder (L1) from Central Railway for 'OHE modification work for Up-gradation of existing 1 x 25 kV Electric Traction System to 2 x 25 kV AT Feeding System in Wardha-Ballarshah Section in Nagpur division of Central Railway to meet 3000 MT loading target.'"

The project, valued at ₹132,59,20,130.37 crore, is expected to be completed within 24 months.
