R.P.P Infra Projects Ltd Secures Contracts Valued at Approximately Rs. 133.48 Crores

In a significant development, R.P.P Infra Projects Ltd has successfully clinched a letter of acceptance for a new project involving the supply, fabrication, and erection of structural steel works, including roofing for Pre-Engineered Buildings and Workshops at the proposed BMRCL Metro Depot in Challaghatta, Bangalore. The contract is valued at a substantial INR 80.85 Crores, inclusive of GST.

Furthermore, a joint venture between R.P.P Infra Projects Ltd and Samrat Construction, known as M/s RPP-Samrat (JV), has also received letters of acceptance for two additional projects. The first project entails providing an additional water source as part of the Retrofitting of Ramnad CWSS, covering multiple municipalities, town panchayats, and rural habitations in Ramanathapuram, Sivagangai, and Pudukottai Districts. The total value of this project is INR 29.75 Crores, inclusive of GST, covering a construction period of 12 months and operation and maintenance for 60 months.

The second project secured by the joint venture involves the operation and maintenance of the CWSS in three locations in Thiruvarur District, encompassing repair and rectification works and the supply of chemicals for a three-year period from July 7, 2023, to March 31, 2026. This project is valued at INR 22.88 Crores, inclusive of GST.

In terms of financial performance, R.P.P Infra Projects Ltd has reported robust figures for the second quarter. The company achieved a revenue from operations of INR 367.69 Crores, marking a notable 54% increase compared to the previous quarter, which stood at INR 238.57 Crores ending in June 2023. The net profit also witnessed substantial growth, reaching INR 16.95 Crores, a remarkable 62.35% increase from the previous quarter's net profit of INR 10.44 Crores.

This string of successful project acquisitions and the company's impressive financial performance underscore R.P.P Infra Projects Ltd's continued growth and success in the infrastructure sector.
