PM Narendra Modi to Virtually Inaugurate Rewa Airport in Madhya Pradesh on October 21.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to virtually inaugurate the newly constructed Rewa Airport on October 21 from Varanasi, with the main ceremony taking place at the airport premises.
The event will be attended by Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, Union Ministers, and the district's in-charge minister. Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla visited Rewa Airport on October 11 to review preparations for the inauguration.
During his visit, Shukla emphasized that Rewa Airport marks a significant achievement for the Vindhya region. "This development will serve as a major step forward for Vindhya," he stated, adding that the airport will accommodate 72-seater aircraft, enhancing tourism in the area. He also noted that the airport will facilitate growth in sectors such as medical, engineering, education, trade, and industry in the region.
