Nabinagar Thermal Power Project: BHEL, Alstom awarded contract

Bihar State Power Holding Company (BSPHCL) told TOI that BHEL has been awarded the contract for boiler while Alstom would be responsible for installing the steam turbine.

This will expedite civil work of the project which is expected to generate power from its stage I within 51 months from the award of the contract.

This is a JV project between NTPC and BSEB.
