L&T inaugurates knowledge city at Vadodara

Mumbai: L&T knowledge city, an exclusive 122-acre facility at Vadodara to meet high-end design and engineering needs of the hydrocarbon and power sectors, was inaugurated by Mr A. M. Naik, Chairman and Managing Director.

L&T said it expected the facility to generate revenues of over Rs 2,000 crore within five years and employ 4,000-5,000 technical professionals.

As an integrated campus, the facility would enable the engineering major to further develop its capa bilities in process engineering, product development, mechanical design and analysis, process evaluation and technology adaptation.
