Lodha Developers to Launch ₹17,000 Cr Housing Projects by March.

Realty major Lodha Developers Ltd is set to launch residential projects worth an estimated ₹17,000 crore by March next year, signaling its strong confidence in the sustained growth of India's housing market. The company aims to meet robust consumer demand, which has seen a significant surge since the COVID-19 pandemic.

In a recent interview with PTI, Sushil Kumar Modi, Executive Director (Finance) at Lodha Developers, expressed optimism that the current high demand for residential properties will not only endure but also expand further. This positive outlook is fueled by several factors, including the country's steady economic growth, anticipated income tax relief in the upcoming Budget, and a projected reduction in home loan interest rates.

Modi conveyed strong confidence in achieving the company's sales target of ₹21,000 crore for the current fiscal year, which would represent a substantial 19 percent increase from the previous year's performance. This aggressive launch pipeline and sales projection underscore Lodha Developers' strategic intent to capitalize on favorable market conditions and cement its position in the competitive real estate landscape.
