GIC to set up 100-bed hospital in Gujarat
Ahmedabad: Gujarat Imaging Centre (GIC), a radiology-based diaognistic centre plans to set up a 100-bed hospital in Ahmedabad. The cost of the project excluding the land cost will be in the range of Rs 30-40 crore.
'We are surely aiming for setting up a hospital but we have not set any timeframe yet,' said Dr Rubin Shah, CEO of Gujarat Imaging Centre.
'Currently we are focusing on the Molecular Imaging Centre for which we have invested close to Rs 30 crore. A modern hospital is on the anvil,' said Dr Dinesh Patel, managing director of GIC. The company is scouting for land on SG Highway.
