Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) composite tender on Lump-sum basis are invited through the CPP e-tendering portal by Sr. Manager (Engg.-Civil), Chennai Airport Desk, O/o Executive Director (Engg.)-SR, Airports Authority of India, Corporate Head Quarters, A-Block, 3rd Floor, Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan, New Delhi-110 003, on behalf of Chairman, Airports Authority of India(AAI)  from the eligible contractors (Joint Venture Company can also apply) for the work of ‘Construction of Residential Quarters at Chennai Airport, Chennai’ for an estimated cost of Rs. 342.36 Crore (excluding GST) with a completion period of 48 (Forty-Eight) months [including 08 months considered for monsoons seasons].
