Casagrand Unveils $120 Million Luxury Development in Dubai for International Debut.

Chennai-based real estate developer Casagrand entered the international arena recently with the launch of Casagrand Hermina, a $120 million luxury residential project in Dubai. The debut places the company among a select group of Indian developers to establish a presence in the highly competitive Dubai property market.

The move also marks the beginning of Casagrand’s broader expansion plans in the region. Over the next three years, the company aims to develop 6 million sq ft of premium residential space across the UAE.

Positioned as an architectural landmark, Casagrand Hermina features a B+G+13 structure housing 131 upscale residences. The homes, which range from 827 to 2,536 sq ft, are designed to appeal to global buyers seeking a blend of luxury, functionality and serene waterfront living, the company said in a release.
