NTPC to award main plant package contract soon for Kudigi project
NTPC is implementing the mega 4000-MW thermal plant at Kudigi in Bijapur district of Karnataka.

The company expects to finalise the award of contract for the main plant equipment package according to the sources.

Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) has already allotted 1,923 acres of land for the project implementation and remaining aspects of land acquisition are underway.
